Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into one of the two contact forms on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Whether you are looking for residential cleaning, commercial cleaning or something else
• Any message you choose to write

We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create. This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set any cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a customer, to arrange and deliver the cleaning work you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else is involved

A small number of service providers process your enquiry on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website, and provides its spam protection. Cloudflare processes your IP address in order to serve the page and to tell real visitors apart from automated bots.
• Postmark delivers your form submission to us as an email.
• Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox that receives it.

Each of these providers acts on our instructions and is not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
